During your onboarding journey with Lifecycle Manager, you'll experience two sessions - a discovery call and a dedicated 1-hour onboarding session. Your Partner Success Manager will guide you through the platform's key features and provide personalized guidance and support. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Discovery call: After scheduling your onboarding session using the link below, your Partner Success Manager will schedule a discovery call to understand your business and asset management process, what you want to achieve with Lifecycle Manager, and how we can help you get there.

  2. Onboarding Session: During your dedicated 1-hour onboarding session, your Partner Success Manager will provide an overview of the platform and walk you through the key features and capabilities. We'll also show you how to navigate the platform and help you get familiar with its interface. Your Partner Success Manager will share best practices for using the platform effectively, and provide tips and tricks to help you optimize your workflows and save you time. You will have plenty of time to ask questions and get the guidance and support you need to succeed with Lifecycle Manager.

By the end of your onboarding journey, you should feel comfortable using Lifecycle Manager and have a clear plan for optimizing your business processes using the platform.
