How to adjust your ConnectWise RMM sync settings

This article covers the sync settings for your ConnectWise RMM integration in Lifecycle Manager.

Navigate to Integrations, and select ConnectWise RMM.


Enable Two-Way Sync

These dates are queried by Lifecycle Manager and written back into ConnectWise RMM.

  1. Under Enable Two-Way Sync Fields, select the appropriate boxes to enable Two-Way Sync for these fields

     

  2. When you're finished, click Save and sync now.

Sync assets without serial numbers

While we're unable to perform warranty look-ups on hardware assets without serial numbers, there is value in adding these assets to your Lifecycle Manager account.

Although we don't perform warranty lookups directly on assets without serial numbers, you can manually enter end dates for them, and we also report on their OS status.

We always recommend syncing all assets to your account to ensure you have a complete picture of your assets under management. This ensures that every team member has the full insights needed to consult and service each client effectively.

  1. Select the Sync assets without serial numbers box.

  2. Click Save and sync now.
