You have the ability to configure Lifecycle Manager account. You can customize hardware replacement values, maximum replacement age, warranty coverage options, and generate reports accurate to how clients operate their businesses.
To review and manage your Account Settings, navigate to the Account Settings > Account menu option. These settings are similar to Client settings articles but apply to all your clients.
Your Company branding
Under the Branding section, enter your company's name, website, and corporate logo to be displayed on reports. Corporate logos appear in generated reports and are included when sharing Scorecards and Roadmaps with clients.
- Enter your company's name.
- Enter your company's website URL.
- Click the Edit logo button to upload an image file. The background color should be white or transparent and 600 pixels across or greater is recommended.
- File type: JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP
- File size: 5MB or less
- Once a logo is selected, click the Save Logo button.
- Select your business type.
- IT Service Provider - if you manage your customers’ assets.
- Internal IT - if you manage just your own company’s assets.
When you designate Internal IT as your Business type, the option to sell warranties with added markup becomes unavailable. This setting is tailored for organizations managing their IT assets, where warranty markups are typically not applicable.
Time & Region
Adjust the appearance of currency and dates to match your client's local preferences. These display formats are adjustable for specific clients if their currency differs from the majority of clients.
- Display currency - Choose which currency will display on your reports for your clients.
- Date - Select the date format you'd like for your reports.
- Fiscal year - Select the start date of your fiscal year.
You will only see changes in reports when you change any of these settings, not on the platform itself.
