How to adjust your N-able N-central sync settings

Use this guide to adjust any sync settings for your N-able N-central integration in ScalePad Lifecycle Manager. Navigate to Integrations, and select N-able N-central.

Select device classes to sync

Selecting the Lifecycle Manager Asset Type from each corresponding drop-down menu will map the respective N-able N-central Device Class, to that hardware asset type.

For example, mapping Printer device classes to Imaging means that all your printer assets will show up as imaging assets in Lifecycle Manager.

Sync assets without serial numbers

While we're unable to perform warranty look-ups on hardware assets without serial numbers, there is value to adding these assets to your Lifecycle Manager account.

  1. Select the Include hardware assets without serial numbers box

  2. Click Save N-able N-central Setup
