RepairShopr integration instructions

This article provides instructions on how to integrate RepairShopr to Lifecycle Manager.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding with the integration, please ensure the following requirements are met:

  • Manage Integrations Permission: Verify that the Manage integrations permission is enabled for your ScalePad Hub account.
  • Administrator Credentials: Confirm that you have Administrator user credentials for RepairShopr.

Full-time agent to generate API Key - For the integration to sync properly, please ensure the user that you use to generate the API Key is a full-time agent.

Integration steps in RepairShopr

  1. Sign in to RepairShopr as the Master User

  2. Navigate to your Profile by clicking your Username Profile/Password

  3. Click the API Tokens link

  4. Click the Copy icon for your API Token

    1. If there is no API Token, generate one by clicking the New Token button

  5. Copy the API Token so you can enter it later

Integration steps in Lifecycle Manager

  1. Enter the Hostname and API Token into the add integration page

    1. Your hostname should look something like lifecyclemanager.repairshopr.com

  2. Click Connect now.

When you click Connect now, Lifecycle Manager performs a full sync. When finished, you should be able to view your hardware assets in your account.
