This article provides instructions on how to integrate ManageEngine to Lifecycle Manager.
The integration of ManageEngine with Lifecycle Manager does not currently support Active Directory (AD) authentication types. If you are using Active Directory (AD) authentication with ManageEngine, you may encounter compatibility issues with this integration.
Currently, our platform supports the local_authentication authentication type. Ensure your ManageEngine setup is configured for local authentication.
If you wish to see support for Active Directory (AD) authentication, navigate to Product Ideas and let us know. The Navigating the Iceberg: Understanding the Product Ideas Process article outlines the product idea submission process..
