As technology evolves, so does the way we manage our personal and professional information. In Lifecycle Manager, the process for managing your account profile has recently undergone a significant change. You no longer edit your profile directly within Lifecycle Manager; instead, all profile management activities have now been centralized in the ScalePad Hub. This change is designed to streamline your experience and enhance the security of accounts.
The Transition to ScalePad Hub
Previously, you might have updated your name, email, or password directly within Lifecycle Manager. However, with the transition to the ScalePad Hub, these functionalities have been relocated to a more centralized platform. This change brings all your profile management tasks under one roof, making it easier to keep your information up-to-date and secure.
How to access and edit your profile in ScalePad Hub
To update your profile settings, start by opening the ScalePad Hub. Once there, you can access your profile by selecting the My Profile option.
In your profile settings, you can:
-
Updating your Account Name: Ensure your name is correctly displayed across all ScalePad products.
-
Updating your Email: Keep your contact information current, especially if your professional or personal email changes.
-
Updating your Account Password: Secure your account by setting a strong, unique password.
Adding an extra layer of security with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
For those with the appropriate permissions, the ScalePad Hub enables you to add Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This security measure reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.
To set up MFA, simply follow the detailed instructions provided within the ScalePad Hub. Enabling this feature is a proactive step in protecting your account from potential security threats.
