LogMein Central integration instructions

This article provides instructions on how to integrate LogMein Central to Lifecycle Manager.

Administrator user credentials for LogMein Central and Lifecycle Manager or member permissions of Manage Sync Settings selected are required to add an integration to Lifecycle Manager.

Additional Prerequisites

  • LogMeIn Central Premier account, with Administrator user credentials

  • LogMeIn Central's inventory feature must be enabled

Integration steps in LogMein Central

  1. Sign in to LogMeIn Central

  2. Head to Configuration API tab

  3. Copy your API credentials

Integration steps in Lifecycle Manager

  1. Paste your credentials into the add integrations page

  2. Click Save LogMeIn Central Setup.

When you click Save LogMeIn Central Setup, Lifecycle Manager performs a full sync. When finished, you should be able to view your hardware assets in your account.
