Kaseya BMS integration instructions

This article provides instructions on how to integrate Kaseya BMS to Lifecycle Manager.

Note: As you connect integrations, review which clients will sync into the platform.
Imported clients count toward your purchased account limit, and many integrations may sync all clients by default.
We will notify you when you are close to exceeding your client limit.		  

Who can use this feature?

  • ScalePad Hub Administrators
  • Users with Manage Sync Settings permissions in their ScalePad Hub account.
  

What you'll need:

  • Administrator credentials for Kaseya BMS
  

Integration steps in Kaseya BMS

  1. Sign in to Kaseya BMS
  2. Create a BMS user account assigned Root User to integrate with Lifecycle Manager.

Do not use the check-in date filter when setting up the Kaseya BMS integration, as it will prevent some devices from syncing into Lifecycle Manager.

Integration steps in Lifecycle Manager

  1. Log in to ScalePad at app.scalepad.com.
  2. From the top navigation bar of the ScalePad Hub, click Integrations.
  3. Click Add Integration.
  1. Enter the following information on the Kaseya BMS integration page:
    • Username
    • Password
    • Company name / tenant ID
    • Kaseya BMS hostname
  2. Click Connect now.

When you click Connect now, Lifecycle Manager performs a full sync. When finished, you should be able to view your hardware assets in your account.
