Datto | Unified Continuity (BCDR) integration instructions

This article provides instructions on how to integrate Datto | Unified Continuity to Lifecycle Manager.

Note: As you connect integrations, review which clients will sync into the platform.
Imported clients count toward your purchased account limit, and many integrations may sync all clients by default.
We will notify you when you are close to exceeding your client limit.		  

Who can use this feature?

  • ScalePad Hub Administrators
  • Users with Manage Sync Settings permissions in their ScalePad Hub account.
  

What you'll need:

  • Administrator Credentials for Datto
  

Integration steps in Datto | Unified Continuity (BCDR)

  1. Sign in to your Datto Partner Portal

  2. Head to Admin Integrations BCDR

  3. Click Enable API

  4. Copy the REST API Public Key and REST API Secret Key

Integration steps in Lifecycle Manager

  1. Log in to ScalePad at app.scalepad.com.
  2. From the top navigation bar of the ScalePad Hub, click Integrations.
  3. Click Add Integration.

  1. Use the search bar to find Datto and click the Datto tile.

  2. Paste the two keys into the add integration page

  3. Click Connect now.

When you click Connect now, Lifecycle Manager performs a full sync. When finished, you should be able to view your hardware assets in your account.
