Integration sync errors

Currently, one of your integrations is not syncing properly, which may impact the accuracy of the data within our application. To address this issue, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps to help identify and resolve the root causes:

Unexpected errors

Before proceeding, it's important to consider that if you encounter an unexpected error, it may be a unique issue that needs more investigation from our team.

If you experience unexpected integration sync errors, please get in touch with our Partner Support Team at https://help.lifecyclemanager.com/hc/en-us/requests/new for further assistance.

Additionally, it's a good idea to check ScalePad's System Status page for any reported outages that may be affecting the synchronization process.

Incorrect Integration user credentials

Credentials entered by the integration user may have been incorrect if the connected integration rejected them.

  1. Navigate to Integrations, and select the affected integration.

  2. Verify that your credentials for the affected integration are correct.

  3. If the credentials for the affected integration are incorrect, make any relevant adjustments.

  4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the sync settings page, if you’ve made any changes.

Rejected API Key

If your API Key was rejected by your connected integration, we recommend regenerating your API key and updating it within Lifecycle Manager. See the article for your integration instructions for further assistance in generating your API key.

Once you've followed the outlined steps in your integration's sync settings, your integration should sync as intended.

Integration sync log

After ensuring your API key is updated and the sync settings are correctly configured, the next step is to check the integration sync log. This log will provide detailed information about the start of any sync failures and specific error messages that can help identify the root cause.

  1. Navigate to the integrations page

  2. Click the Explore button in the log column on the far right
