Integration sync errors

One of your integrations is unable to sync. This can affect the accuracy of your data in our app. The following are steps you can take to resolve the potential causes of this issue.

Integration sync log

The first place we’d recommend looking is your integration sync log as this will show you when the sync started failing and provide a more detailed error message.

  1. Navigate to the integrations page

  2. Click the Explore button in the log column on the far right

Incorrect integration user credentials and rejected API keys are two examples of integration sync log error messages

Incorrect Integration user credentials

Credentials entered by the integration user may have been incorrect if the connected integration rejected them.

  1. Navigate to Integrations, and select the affected integration.

  2. Verify that your credentials for the affected integration are correct.

  3. If the credentials for the affected integration are incorrect, make any relevant adjustments.

  4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the sync settings page, if you’ve made any changes.

Rejected API Key

If your API Key was rejected by your connected integration, we recommend regenerating your API key and updating it within Lifecycle Manager. See the article for your integration instructions for further assistance in generating your API key.

Once you've followed the outlined steps in your integration's sync settings, your integration should sync as intended.
