How to access and configure Lifecycle Manager for each of your managed clients

This article describes the process of configuring Lifecycle Manager for each of your managed clients. You can customize hardware replacement values, maximum replacement age, warranty coverage options, and generate reports accurate to how clients operate their businesses.

Client settings are configured under the following articles:

Account Settings are used by default - If you decide to not customize settings for a client, the Account Level Settings are used by default.

How to access Client settings

To edit the settings for a specific Client:

  1. Navigate to your Clients page

  2. Select a client from the list

  3. Click the Hardware tab

  4. Open Settings by clicking the Gear button to the right of the Hardware lifecycle report button.

  5. Customize client settings under each tab.
    Note those client settings automatically save when changed.
