Filtering account-level assets

Whether you're looking for a specific hardware asset or a list of workstations with an unsupported OS, you can filter data based on any available field (such as a manufacturer or asset age).

Filtering assets by clients

As these insights provide quick access to specific, vital information about affected assets, you can narrow down the insight details you're looking at by using the search bar.

Filtering by Insight

The Insight filter enables you to see a list of Insights so that you can switch to another Insight. All pre-defined Lifecycle Manager insights, as well as any Personalized Insights, can be selected from the dropdown menu under the Insight filter.

Upon opening an insight, you will be taken to the universal console hardware page.

  1. You see that the applied filters on the universal console hardware page match the policies associated with the insight you selected.

  2. The asset list in the console is pre-filtered according to the policies associated with the selected insight.

    1. Policies are used to create insights or filter the console data (i.e.,. age is greater than, manufacturer is equal to).

  3. The displayed columns match the data points associated with the policies for the insight the user selected. Depending on the Insight displayed, the columns adjust accordingly.

Filtering forecasted assets

A Forecast filter enables you to see a list of assets that will be compliant within a specified time frame that ranges from 30 to 120 days.

  • Now - viewing assets that comply with an insight's rule.

  • 30 days - includes assets that will comply with an Insight's rule within 30-days.

  • 60 days - includes assets that will comply an Insight's rule within 60-days

  • 90 days - includes assets that will comply with an Insight's rule within 90-days

  • 120 days - includes assets that will comply with an Insight's rule within 120-days.

Forecasted assets are only available for time-based insights.
