The Client List is the account-wide view of every client you manage. Use it to search, filter, display, and export client information.

Open the Client List

Select All clients from the client picker, then select Clients.

Search and filter clients

Use Search to find a client by name. Select Filter to narrow the list using available categories such as Segment, Vertical, License, Source, Hardware Count, and Software Count. Selecting more than one Source returns clients associated with any selected source.

Use Hardware Count and Software Count to find clients by the counts shown in the Hardware and Software columns. Select Above, Below, or Between, then enter the count or range you want.

Choose the displayed columns

Select Display to show, hide, and reorder columns. Select Reset to default to return to the default columns. Available columns include Segment, Account Team, Hardware, Software, License, and Source.

To sort the list, select a sortable column header, such as Client or Hardware. Sorting by Hardware orders clients by their total hardware asset count.

Source

The Source column identifies the integrations currently associated with a client. A client can have one or several sources. Use the Source column and filter to identify unlinked clients, clients assembled from multiple integrations, and records that may need to be merged.

Export the Client List

Select Export, then choose All columns or Displayed columns in CSV or XLSX format. The export includes only the clients that match your current search and filters, including Hardware Count and Software Count, and uses the list's current sort order. Apply the required filters and display settings before exporting.

Open a client

Select a client name to open its client-scoped dashboard and navigation. The information available there depends on the client's license, connected integrations, your permissions, and your Client Group access.
