About the Clients console

The Clients console provides a centralized view of every client you manage, including their segment, assigned account team, upcoming meetings, assessment activity, and risk indicators.

This article provides an overview of the Clients console and how to navigate and interpret the data it shows.

Navigating to the Clients console

The clients console is the default landing page in Lifecycle Manager. If you’re navigating from another page:

  1. Hover over Home in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click Clients from the dropdown menu.

Clients console layout and features

Starred client panel

At the top of the page, your starred clients are displayed as cards. Each card includes:

  • Client name
  • Assigned segment
  • DMI (Digital Maturity Index) score

These cards help you prioritize high-value or high-risk clients at a glance.

Filtering options

Use the dropdown filters above the table to narrow your view:

  • Segment
  • Account team
  • Upcoming meeting date
  • Last assessment date
  • Last assessment score

The search bar allows you to search for a specific client by name

Click Reset filters to return to the default client view.

Clients Summary Report

Click Clients Summary Report to generate and download a  PDF summary of your client list

The report includes:

  • Total hardware assets, estimated value, and replacement opportunities.
  • Client-by-client breakdowns of hardware and software assets.
  • Color-coded bars showing replacement and lifecycle status.

Client list table

The main table displays all your clients in rows, with customizable columns to suit your workflow. Each row displays the following data points:

  • Starred status: Click the star icon to add the client to the starred client panel at the top of the page.
  • Client name and Lifecycle Manager X status: The client's name and an Active icon next to any that have LMX enabled.
  • Segment: The segment that this client is assigned to.
  • Account team: Assigned team or contact.
  • Upcoming meeting: Any scheduled upcoming meeting.
  • Last assessment: When the most recent assessment was completed.
  • DMI score: The client’s current DMI score.
  • Hardware replacement: The current replacement value of the client’s hardware.
  • Hardware assets: This client's total number of managed hardware assets.
  • Hardware status: Color-coded bar showing current device health.
  • Software assets: The total number of software assets for this client.
  • Software status: Color-coded bar showing software status.
  • Report: Display options to view, download, and set up hardware lifecycle reports for this client.

To adjust which columns are shown, click Choose columns in the upper right of the client table and select or clear checkboxes as needed.

Click any client name to open the individual client dashboard.
