The Client List is the account-wide view of every client you manage. Use it to search, filter, display, and export client information.

Open the Client List

Select All clients from the client picker, then select Clients.

Search and filter clients

Use Search to find a client by name. Select Filter to narrow the list using available categories such as Segment, Vertical, License, and Source. Selecting more than one Source returns clients associated with any selected source.

Choose the displayed columns

Select Display to choose and reorder columns, configure sorting or grouping, and apply a saved view. Available columns include Client, Segment, Account Team, Hardware, Software, License, and Source.

Source

The Source column identifies the integrations currently associated with a client. A client can have one or several sources. Use the Source column and filter to identify unlinked clients, clients assembled from multiple integrations, and records that may need to be merged.

Export the Client List

Select Export to download the currently available client information. Apply the required filters and display settings before exporting.

Open a client

Select a client name to open its client-scoped dashboard and navigation. The information available there depends on the client's license, connected integrations, your permissions, and your Client Group access.
