This article provides instructions on how to integrate SuperOps.ai with Lifecycle Manager to pull configuration items from SuperOps.ai. You can either opt to use a technician or an admin account to generate the API token.
The admin account grants full permissions for all the assets associated with that account, thus enabling the synchronization of all assets to Lifecycle Manager. You can also choose to use a technician API token, where only the assets authorized under that specific technician's account will be synced to Lifecycle Manager.
