Lifecycle Manager allows you to import your contracts from Autotask PSA.
As an Autotask integration provides comprehensive default permissions, no additional permission updates are required to import agreements in Lifecycle Manager.
To pull Contracts from Autotask, the security role set up for the API user must have the appropriate access. If you are using the default API User (system) security level - no changes should be required as that has full permissions.
Here’s how to make sure your Autotask API user has the right access:
- Open the Autotask Admin Page
- Navigate to RESOURCES/USERS (HR)
- Select the API user whose permissions you wish to confirm.
- In the Security section, choose Security Levels
- Check that the Security Level is set to API User (system)
