Microsoft 365 Client License Summary

With the increasing reliance on M365, understanding user activity, security configurations, and usage trends is crucial for effective IT management.

Lifecycle Manager integrates directly with Microsoft 365 via the Microsoft Graph API.

By leveraging Microsoft 365 integrations and reporting, you can:

  • Simplify Reporting: Easily share actionable insights with clients or internal teams by exporting pre-formatted reports.
  • Optimize License Management: Analyze license allocation and usage patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Accessing Client M365 information

The information available regarding Microsoft 365 licenses is configurable. You can just include or exclude information according to what you need.

  1. Navigate to the SaaS Summary by clicking Assets and selecting the SaaS menu option on the top menu bar.

  2. Click on a client name in the SaaS Summary.

Or

  1. Navigate to a Clients dashboard by clicking Clients on the top menu bar.
  2. Click a selected client in the Client console.
  3. Click on the Assets > SaaS menu from the Client Dashboard.
