Managing client meetings

The Meeting feature for Lifecycle Manager X clients helps you plan, document, and track strategic conversations with your clients.

Who can use this feature?

  • Partners with Lifecycle Manager X features enabled for a client
 

Accessing Client Meetings

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Home to access the Client list.
     
  2. Select a client with Lifecycle Manager X enabled by clicking their name. The Client's Profile page will open.

     
  1. In the Engage section of the left navigation panel, click Meetings.

From here, you can switch between Upcoming and Completed meetings, search by title, and filter by type or attendee. To view or edit a meeting, click its title in the list.

Creating a meeting

To create a new meeting:

  1. Click + New Meeting on the client's Meeting page.
    This opens the New Meeting page.New Meeting form showing optional date and time fields
  2. Enter the relevant meeting details:

    1. Date and time - Optional. Select a date and time to schedule the meeting now, or leave them blank to create an unscheduled meeting and schedule it later.
       
    2. Type - Choose the Meeting Type.
       
    3. Meeting Title - Enter a descriptive name for the meeting.
       
    4. Meeting Agenda - Add topics or discussion points to the meeting.
       
    5. Attendees
       
      • Our Attendees - Who will be attending the meeting from your team.
      • Client Attendees - Who will be attending the meeting from your Client's team.
    6. Goals - Link any Client goals to be addressed in this meeting.
       
    7. Deliverables - Attach relevant Lifecycle Manager deliverables.
       
    8. Files - Upload supporting attachments, including XLSX spreadsheets.
       
    9. Add to Calendar - Add the meeting to a Google or Outlook calendar. (A date is required to link to a calendar)
       
    10. Link PSA Ticket - Link a PSA ticket to the meeting (requires a supported PSA integration)
       
    11. Initiatives - Include an initiative in this meeting
       
    12. Meeting Notes - Add notes during the meeting to keep track of and review.
       
    13. Action Items - Create follow-up tasks as Action Items.
  3. Click Save Meeting when done.

Adding attachments to a Meeting

You can add supporting files while creating a Meeting or after it has been saved.

  1. Open the Meeting you want to update.
  2. In Attachments, click the Add attachment (+) icon and choose a file. You can also drag a file into the Attachments area.
  3. Wait for the confirmation that the attachment was added.

Supported file types are PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, PPT, PPTM, PPTX, TXT, and XLSX. Each file can be up to 25 MB.

Click an attachment's file name to preview it. To remove an attachment, click its Remove (trash) icon.

Using Meeting Templates

To save a structured meeting format, click Save template... in the upper right of the screen.

Templates can be reused by clicking the Apply template... button.
