The Meeting feature for Lifecycle Manager X clients helps you plan, document, and track strategic conversations with your clients.

Accessing Client Meetings
- Hover over Home and click Clients from the top navigation bar in Lifecycle Manager
- Select the LMX client you want to view.
- In the left navigation panel, click Meetings.
From here, you can switch between Upcoming and Completed meetings, search by title, and filter by type or attendee. To view or edit a meeting, click its title in the list.
Creating a meeting
To create a new meeting:
- Click + New Meeting on the client's Meeting page.
This opens the New Meeting page. -
Enter the relevant meeting details:

Date - Select the Meeting Date.

Type - Choose the Meeting Type.

Meeting Title - Enter a descriptive name for the meeting.

Meeting Agenda - Add topics or discussion points to the meeting.

Attendees
- Our Attendees - Who will be attending the meeting from your team.
- Client Attendees - Who will be attending the meeting from your Client's team.

Goals - Link any Client goals to be addressed in this meeting.

Deliverables - Attach relevant Lifecycle Manager deliverables.

Files - Upload any supporting documents.

Add to Calendar - Add the meeting to a Google or Outlook calendar. (A date is required to link to a calendar)

Link PSA Ticket - Link a PSA ticket to the meeting (requires a supported PSA integration)

Initiatives - Include an initiative in this meeting

Meeting Notes - Add notes during the meeting to keep track of and review.
- Action Items - Create follow-up tasks as Action Items.

Date - Select the Meeting Date.
- Click Save Meeting when done.
Using Meeting Templates
To save a structured meeting format, click Save template... in the upper right of the screen.
Templates can be reused by clicking the Apply template... button.
