Managing meeting templates

Meeting templates help standardize recurring client engagements like QBRs or check-ins. You can pre-fill the meeting type, title, agenda, and the team members who will be attending from your side to save time and maintain consistency across meetings.

Who can use this feature?
• Partners with Lifecycle Manager X features enabled for a client
 

Accessing Meeting Templates

  1. Hover over the Settings icon (settings icon.png) in the upper right of Lifecycle Manager and click Account Settings.
  2. Click Meeting Templates in the left Navigation panel

Creating a Meeting Template

To create a template from the Meeting Template page:

  1. Click +New Template

  2. Select a meeting template type from the dropdown.

  3. Enter a Meeting Template Title.
    This will be used as the meeting title when the template is applied. You can update the title directly on the meeting page.
     
  4. Enter a Meeting Template Agenda.
    When the template is applied to a meeting, the meeting template agenda is populated in the Meeting Agenda section. You can revise and expand on it on the meeting page as needed.
     
  5. Add Attendees from your team.
    Attendees selected in the template will be added to a meeting automatically. You can add and remove attendees on the Meeting page after applying the template.
     
  6. Click Create Template to finalize your meeting template.

The meeting template can now be applied to any new meetings you create.

Editing and deleting Meeting Templates

  • To make adjustments to an existing template, click its name from the list on the Meeting Templates page.
    Make any necessary changes to the meeting Type, Title, Agenda or Attendees and click Save Template in the bottom right corner of the page.
     
  • To delete a template entirely, click the Delete Template button in the lower left of the page.
