This article explains how to use goals to track progress, connect your work to client objectives and keep your recommendations aligned with what matters most to your clients.

Who can use this feature?

Navigating the client goals timeline

Client Goals are separated into three tabs at the top of the screen:

  • Ongoing - Shows goals that haven't yet been completed, and their target date has not yet passed.
  • Overdue - Shows goals that haven't been marked as complete and have passed their target completion date.
  • Completed - Shows all goals that have been marked as complete.

Goals are shown in a list view, with those with the closest target completion date at the top and those furthest in the future at the bottom. The dropdown filters in each tab allow users to filter goals further.

  • Status - Filters Goals by their status
  • Target Period year - Filters goals by the target year
  • Target Period - Filters goals by the target period within the year (H1, H2, Q1, Q2 etc)
