Every Lifecycle Manager partner account has one trial license for Lifecycle Manager X. This trial can be applied to one client so that you can see and use all the features of LMX before purchasing licenses.
For partners with a Pro Lifecycle Manager subscription
Partners already on Pro can activate X for one of their clients:
- Hover over Home and click Clients in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Click the name of your chosen client.
- Click Unlock Lifecycle Manager X in the upper right of the screen.
This client will have X features unlocked immediately.
For partners with a free Lifecycle Manager subscription
Free users can select one client to unlock Pro and X features for. To unlock features for the selected client:
| Note: Once a client is selected and has Pro/X features unlocked, this selection cannot be changed. |
- Navigate to Home > Clients.
- Click the name of your chosen client.
- Click Unlock all features in the upper right of the screen.
- Confirm your selection by clicking the Unlock for... button in the pop-up modal.
This client will now have Pro and X features unlocked for them.

Note: If the option to activate Lifecycle Manager X doesn't show for your chosen client, it's likely already activated for a different client. Check for the LMX indicator beside a client's name on the Clients Dashboard to see which client has X features applied. |
