Using your included ScalePad CS client license

Use the current license-assignment workflow

Manage a client's ScalePad CS access through Account Settings > Licenses.

Accounts without paid ScalePad CS capacity receive one included ScalePad CS client license under the current assignment model. Review the capacity and current assignments shown for your account before making changes. Included capacity is not a promise of a separate time-limited promotional trial.

  1. Sign in with permission to manage licenses.
  2. Open Account Settings > Licenses.
  3. Find the intended client and review its current plan.
  4. Select the client's license badge and choose ScalePad CS if the account has available capacity and its licensing policy permits the change.
  5. Review and confirm the change. If more capacity is required, follow the account's purchasing path or contact your account team.

See Assigning Lifecycle Manager licenses for the current controls and bulk-selection behavior.

Before changing an existing assignment: downgrading a client can permanently delete data specific to its former plan.

For a separate promotional offer, confirm eligibility, duration, expiry and purchase terms with your ScalePad account team. Those commercial terms are not defined by the included license capacity.

Classic navigation reference

The shared reference below shows the older classic client-navigation path and its administrator prerequisite. It does not activate or assign ScalePad CS access. Use Account Settings > Licenses above for current license management.

What you'll need:

  • Administrator permissions

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Home to access the Client list.

  2. Select a client by clicking their name. The Client's Profile page will open.
