Crewhu can be added as an integration in Lifecycle Manager to sync Customer satisfaction data. This data can be viewed in the analytics section for any client with Lifecycle Manager X features enabled.
 

 Generating an Open Api access token in Crewhu

1. Log into Crewhu and go to General > Integrations.
   
    
2. Ensure that the box beside Open Api is checked.
   
    
3. In the Open Api Access Tokens section, click + Add.
   
    
4. Give your Open Api Token a descriptive name, like LifecycleManager, and click Confirm.
   
    
5. Click Save in the upper right corner of the Crewhu Integration Settings page.
   
    
6. Copy the token.
   

Adding Crewhu to your Lifecycle Manager integrations

1. In Lifecycle Manager, hover over the Settings icon and click Integrations.
2. Click the Add Integration icon .
3. Search for and click the Crewhu panel.
   
    
4. Enter the Api Token you copied from Crewhu in the previous section.
   
    
5. Click Connect now to complete the integration and sync with Crewhu.
