Once an assessment has been marked as completed, it becomes read-only to prevent accidental edits and to preserve the integrity of your assessments. To make changes to the assessment after it has been completed, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the Clients page and click the client name whose completed assessment you want to edit.
- Click Assessments from the left navigation menu.
- Click the title of the assessment.
- In the lower left of the assessment page, click Edit Assessment.
- Click Mark as incomplete in the lower right of the screen to make the assessment editable.
- The assessment is reverted to incomplete. Items can be changed as necessary.
- Once finished, click Mark as complete to complete the assessment again.
