Editing a completed assessment

Once an assessment has been marked as completed, it becomes read-only to prevent accidental edits and to preserve the integrity of your assessments. To make changes to the assessment after it has been completed, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to the Clients page and click the client name whose completed assessment you want to edit.


     
  2. Click Assessments from the left navigation menu.


     
  3. Click the title of the assessment.


     
  4. In the lower left of the assessment page, click Edit Assessment.


     
  5. Click Mark as incomplete in the lower right of the screen to make the assessment editable.


     
  6. The assessment is reverted to incomplete. Items can be changed as necessary.
     
  7. Once finished, click Mark as complete to complete the assessment again.
