Integrating with Simplesat allows ScalePad to pull customer satisfaction data for use in Lifecycle Manager X analytics. This article will guide you through the steps required to add Simplesat to Lifecycle Manager.

Step 1: Accessing your Simplesat API

1. Log in to your Simplesat account as an administrator.
    
2. Hover over the settings icon in the lower left of the screen and select Workspace settings.
   
   
    
3. From the Workspace settings page, click Account Key to reveal your API key.
   
   
    
4. Copy the API key. Keep it safe and secure for later use.

Step 2: Adding Simplesat to your ScalePad integrations

1. Log into ScalePad at app.scalepad.com.
    
2. From the top navigation bar of the ScalePad hub, click Integrations.
    
3. Click the blue + icon to add a new integration.
    
4. Use the search bar to find Simplesat and click the Simplesat tile.
   
   
    
5. Enter the Simplesat API key from Step 1 into the textbox.
   
   
    
6. Click Connect now to complete the integration and sync customer satisfaction data from Simplesat.
