Who can add this integration?

- Log into ScalePad at app.scalepad.com.
- From the top navigation bar of the ScalePad hub, click Integrations.
- Click the blue + icon
to add a new integration.
- Use the search bar to find SmileBack and click the SmileBack tile.
- Choose your region from the dropdown and click Connect Now.
- The SmileBack login window appears. Enter your SmileBack credentials and click Log In.
- On the Authorization screen, select Yes, Authorize Lifecycle Manager.
Your integration with SmileBack is complete. Once the next sync is completed, your SmileBack data will be accessible in the Analytics section of Lifecycle Manager.
