Deliverables let you create client-ready reports from Lifecycle Manager data.

This article explains how to create a new Deliverable for a client and select the sections you want to include.

What you'll need:

  • A Lifecycle Manager X license applied to clients for whom you want to use Deliverables.

Navigating to Deliverables

  1. From the top Navigation bar, hover over Home and click Clients.

  2. Click the name of the client you want to create a Deliverable for.

  3. In the left Navigation menu, click Deliverables.

The Deliverables page shows all existing deliverables for this client.

When you open a Deliverable, each section appears as a tab across the top of the editor. Click a section tab to move between sections and edit that section's content and configuration.

Creating a Deliverable from a template

Templates can be used to create a standard deliverable structure across multiple clients (for example, a QBR format).

  1. On the client’s Deliverables page, click + New Deliverable in the upper right.
  2. Click Use Template.

  3. In the Templates modal, Enter a name for the Deliverable and select a template from the list.

  4. Click Next.

  5. The Deliverable opens in the editor.

To change the sections or their order after creation, see Adding and configuring deliverable sections.

Creating a Deliverable from scratch

If you need a custom structure, you can start from scratch and choose exactly which sections to include.

  1. Click + New Deliverable in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Create From Scratch.
  3. In the Create From Scratch modal, enter a name for the Deliverable and select the core sections to include.

    1. Overview - Executive summary and key metrics
    2. Goals - Client goals and objectives
    3. Roadmap - Initiatives and projects over time
    4. Budget - Planned and forecasted IT spend
    5. Contracts - Vendor and services contracts
    6. Assessments - Security and compliance assessments
    7. Assets - Hardware and software views
  4. If applicable, select any integration-based sections.

    1. Cork
    2. Huntress
    3. IT Glue
Note: Integration-based sections are available only if the corresponding tools are integrated with ScalePad.
  1. Click Confirm.

The new Deliverable opens in the editor with the sections you selected.
