Integrating with Acronis

Integrate your ScalePad software with Acronis to sync your clients’ hardware data.  

What you'll need:
• Administrator access to your Acronis account. 

Who can use this feature?

  • ScalePad Hub administrators.
  • Users with Manage Sync Settings permissions in their ScalePad Hub account.
 

 

Step 1: Generate your API credentials in Acronis

  1. Log in to Acronis as an administrator.
  2. Click Settings > API clients.
  3. Click Create API client.

  4. Enter the API Client in the Name field.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Copy your Client ID, Secret, and Data center URL and save them in a secure location, as you’ll need them for the next step.

Step 2: Add Acronis to your ScalePad integrations

  1. Log in to ScalePad at app.scalepad.com.
  2. From the top navigation bar of the ScalePad Hub, click Integrations.
  3. Click the blue + icon to add a new integration. 
  4. Use the search bar to find Acronis and click the Acronis tile.
  5. Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Access Data Center URL that were generated in Step 1.acronis sync settings.png 
  6. Click Connect now to complete your ScalePad/Acronis integration.
