About the Cork Deliverable report

The Cork Deliverable report is a client-facing compliance and threat detection summary you can include in a Deliverable. It pulls live data from your connected Cork account and shows event volume, resolution activity, hardware asset protection coverage, and inbox protection coverage in a single view you can share with the client.

What you'll need:

  • A Lifecycle Manager X license applied to the client.
  • A connected Cork integration. See Integrating with Cork for setup instructions.
 

Configuring the report

The Cork report shows data for a selected reporting period. You can change the period to the last 30 days, last 60 days, or last 90 days. The selected period and its corresponding date range are shown in the report header.

To change the reporting period:

  1. Open the Deliverable that contains the Cork section.
  2. In the Cork section, click the settings icon ().
  3. In the Deliverable Settings modal, expand the Risk Management section and locate the Compliance panel.
  4. Select Last 30 days, Last 60 days, or Last 90 days.
  5. Click Save.

The report updates immediately with data for the selected period.

Understanding the report sections

Compliance Overview

A row of headline metrics are shown at the top of the report, summarizing event activity for the selected reporting period.

  • New Events
    Total new compliance events identified in the period.
  • New At Risk Events
    Number of new events flagged as at-risk, shown alongside the percentage of total new events that this represents.
  • Resolved Events
    Number of events resolved in the period.

Resolved Events Breakdown

A donut chart and table showing how resolved events break down by category.

  • Resolved Events
    Total resolved event count, shown in the center of the donut.
  • Asset Events Resolved
    Resolved events related to hardware assets, with the distribution percentage and counts of resolved versus total new events in the category.
  • Inbox Events Resolved
    Resolved events related to email inboxes, with the same distribution and counts.
  • Domain Events Resolved
    Resolved events related to domains, with the same distribution and counts.

Hardware Asset Protection Coverage

A summary of how the client's hardware assets are protected across security categories.

  • Total Unique Assets
    Total number of unique hardware assets tracked.
  • Assets Fully Protected
    Number of assets covered across all required security categories, shown alongside the percentage of total assets.
  • Assets Protected by
    Coverage percentage for each protection category: RMM, EDR, and BCDR.

Inbox Protection Coverage

A summary of how the client's email inboxes are protected.

  • Total Inboxes
    Total number of inboxes tracked.
  • Fully Protected Inboxes
    Number of inboxes covered across all required protection categories, shown alongside the percentage of total inboxes.
  • Inbox Protection Coverage
    Coverage percentage for each protection category: MFA, ESEC, and SAT.
