Initiative status labels can be renamed to match your team's terminology. By default, Lifecycle Manager includes seven statuses: Open, Proposed, Approved, In Progress, Completed, On Hold, and Declined. You can rename any of them, but statuses can't be added or removed.
Custom labels appear everywhere Initiative statuses are displayed in Lifecycle Manager.

Accessing Initiative status labels
- Hover over the Settings icon (
) in the upper right of Lifecycle Manager and click Account Settings.
- Click Initiatives from the left navigation panel.
- Click the Statuses tab.
Renaming a status
- Find the status you want to rename and enter a new name in the Custom label field.
- Click Save.
The status label is immediately updated and reflected anywhere Initiative statuses are displayed in Lifecycle Manager.
Resetting a status to its default label
Find the status you want to reset and click Reset.
Any custom Initiative status labels are immediately reverted to the default label.
