If you're looking to manually add devices or import a CSV directly into Lifecycle Manager, this feature isn't currently supported. However, you can work around this by adding your devices to a connected PSA or documentation system that supports CSV imports, and then syncing them into Lifecycle Manager.

Workaround

To get your devices into Lifecycle Manager, add them to a PSA or documentation system that supports manual CSV imports, such as:

• IT Glue

• ConnectWise Manage

• N-able Passportal

• Hudu

Once the devices are in your external system, they sync directly into Lifecycle Manager through your existing integration.
