Lifecycle Manager has a redesigned user interface (UI). During the transition period, you can use either the classic UI or the new UI, and you can switch between them at any time.
Switching doesn't move, change, or delete anything. Your clients, assets, assessments, budgets, integrations, and reports are the same in both interfaces. The redesign changes how you work with your data, not the data itself.

The new Lifecycle Manager UI is in Open Beta You might notice occasional changes as we continue to refine this feature. |
What's different in the new UI
The new UI modernizes the screens you use every day:
- Toolbars replace crowded control rows, so common actions are easier to find.
- Side panels replace full-screen pop-ups, so your work stays visible while you view or edit details.
- Editing happens in context and saves automatically.
What stays the same
- Your data. Clients, hardware and software assets, assessments, budgets, roadmaps, and reports all carry forward.
- Your integrations. PSA, RMM, and other connections keep syncing. You don't need to reconnect or reconfigure anything.
- Your workflows. Everything you do in the classic UI has a home in the new UI.
How to switch between the classic and new UI
You can switch interfaces as often as you need, and the switch takes effect immediately.
To switch to the new UI, click Try the new experience in the classic UI.
To switch back, click Back to Legacy Experience in the new UI.
Anything you created or edited in the new UI is still there when you switch back.
