About the Home page (New UI)

The Home page is your dashboard in Lifecycle Manager. It brings together your meetings, tasks, and client health in one place, along with a set of suggested actions you can take directly from the page. What you see reflects the clients you have access to under your plan and permissions.

The new Lifecycle Manager UI is in Open Beta
You might notice occasional changes as we continue to refine this feature.
 

Accessing the Home page

Home is the default landing page in Lifecycle Manager. If you're on another page, click Home at the top of the left navigation panel.

Top navigation bar

The top navigation bar shows your workspace switcher, a global search field, and an AI icon, which opens ScalePad Copilot.

Left navigation panel

The left navigation panel organizes your links into groups:

  • Home, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, and Playbooks at the top level.
  • Discover:
    • Analytics
    • Assessments
    • Insights
  • Plan
    • Roadmap
    • Goals
  • Engage
    • Deliverables
    • Meetings
  • Manage
    • Clients
    • Agreements
    • Hardware
    • Software
    • Licensing

All clients summary

The home screen gives you an at-a-glance view of your clients' status. Use the toggle  to switch between:

  • My clients
    Clients assigned to you (the logged in user)

  • All clients
    All clients across your company.

Several tiles provide more details for each of the following metrics:

  • Pipeline

  • Forecast

  • DMI

  • Needs attention

  • Portfolio

Upcoming Meetings

This panel lists upcoming meetings with client, meeting title, and date and time, along with a link to view all meetings.

Tasks

This panel shows your open task count, a list of individual tasks with their client and due date, and a link to view all tasks.
