The Tasks page shows the open tasks across your entire client portfolio in one place. Use it to see how many tasks are outstanding, which ones are assigned to you, and which ones are overdue.

This article gives you an overview of the Tasks page and how to read the information it shows.

The new Lifecycle Manager UI is in Open Beta
You might notice occasional changes as we continue to refine this feature.

Accessing the Global Tasks page

From the Home page, click Tasks in the left navigation panel. (If you're currently viewing a specific client's dashboard, click Back to Home to return to the Home page first.)

Tasks page layout and features

Page header

At the top of the page, you'll see the Tasks title and a + New Task button, which you can use to create a new task.

Summary tiles

Four tiles summarize your tasks. Click any of these tiles to apply a filter to your tasks list:

  • Total tasks
All open tasks across your clients.
  • My tasks
Tasks assigned to you, the logged-in user.
  • Upcoming
    Tasks that aren't yet due.
  • Overdue
    Tasks past their due date.

Toolbar

Below the summary tiles, a toolbar gives you these tools:

  • Search Tasks
    Search for a specific task.
  • Filter
Narrow the task list by criteria such as status and assignee.
  • Display
Choose how you would like to have your tasks displayed. Group by Client or due date, and sorted by due date or manually (Click and drag any task to rearrange it when sorting manually.)

Filters

When a filter is applied, it appears as a chip above the task list, such as Status or Assignee. Click the X icon to remove that filter, or click Clear All to remove all filters at once.

Task list

Your tasks appear in a list below the toolbar and filters. Click the task to view its details.

Click the radio button to the right of any task to mark it as complete.
To view completed tasks, check the Completed filter under Filter > Status.
