The Global Assessments page shows every assessment created for any client in your account, whether it's in progress or already completed. Use it to see assessment activity across your whole client base in a single table, including each assessment's status and score.

Global Assessments page layout and features
Assessments and Templates tabs
Two tabs organize the page:
-
Assessments
Shows the assessments table described in this article. -
Templates
Shows the assessment templates available for creating new assessments.
Assessment count
The page title includes a count of the total number of assessments in the table. This count reflects every assessment across all your clients.
Assessments list
The main table lists every assessment, with one row per assessment. If a client has more than one assessment, that client appears in more than one row.
Each row shows:
-
Title
The name of the assessment. -
Client
The client the assessment belongs to. -
Status
A pill showing In Progress or Completed. -
Score
The assessment's score out of 100. If the assessment hasn't been scored yet, this column shows a dash instead of a number. -
Evaluated At
The date the assessment was evaluated.
Selecting a row opens that assessment.
Templates tab
Selecting the Templates tab shows the templates available for creating new assessments. This includes ScalePad's pre-built templates and any custom templates you've created.
A search field lets you search templates by name.
Filters let you narrow the list:
- By source: All, ScalePad, or Custom, each with a count of matching templates.
- By category, such as Network or Security/Compliance. A More option expands the list of available categories.
Each template appears as a card showing its name, a short description, tags for its source and category, and a link to edit it.
A New template button creates a new template, and a Display option allows you to hide or display archived templates.
