Heimdal can be added as a ScalePad integration to sync your clients and their devices from your Heimdal RMM into Lifecycle Manager. This article covers the steps required to add Heimdal as an integration.

Note: As you connect integrations, review which clients will sync into the platform. Imported clients count toward your purchased account limit, and many integrations may sync all clients by default. We will notify you when you are close to exceeding your client limit. |

Step 1: Generating your Heimdal Customer ID and API key
A Customer ID and API key are required to add Heimdal as in integration in ScalePad:
Log in to the Heimdal Dashboard and go to Guide > Your Heimdal API Key. Your Customer ID is listed on this page.

Step 2: Adding Heimdal as a ScalePad integration
- Log in to ScalePad at app.scalepad.com.
- From the top navigation bar of the ScalePad Hub, click Integrations.
- Click Add Integration.
- Use the search bar to find Heimdal and click the Heimdal tile.
- Enter your Customer ID and API Key from Step 1.
- Click Connect now to connect your Heimdal account.
- Click Save and sync now to complete the integration.
| Note: Devices without a serial number are skipped during sync and won't appear in Lifecycle Manager. |
Your Heimdal clients and their devices will be available in Lifecycle Manager.
What syncs from Heimdal
For each device, Heimdal syncs the following into ScalePad:
- Device name
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Hostname
- Operating system
- Serial number
- CPU
- Memory
- Disks
- IP addresses
- MAC addresses
- Last login user
- Last check-in
- Last reboot
