The Clients settings page lists every client in your portfolio. Click a client to open a details drawer where you configure that client's settings, including its segment, access group, vertical, and license.

The new Lifecycle Manager UI is in Open Beta
You might notice occasional changes as we continue to refine this feature.

Accessing Client settings

You can open Settings from anywhere in Lifecycle Manager:

  1. Click your account name in the upper left corner of any page.

  2. Click Account Settings.

Then click Clients under the Clients section of the left navigation panel.

Client settings page layout and features

Client list

Two summary tiles sit at the top: one showing your total client count, broken down by LMX-enabled and non-LMX clients, and one showing how many unused LMX licenses are available to apply.

The table lists each client's name, segment, access group, LMX status, and account team, and you can sort by client, segment, access group, or account team.

Filtering the client list

Use the search bar to search for a specific client by name. The Filter button allows you to filter the entire list by:

  • Segment
Filter the client list by the segments clients belong to.
  • Access Group
Filter the client list by the Access Groups they are part of.
  • License
Filter the list by whether clients have an LMX license applied or not.

The Display button allows you to toggle list columns on and off:

  • Segment
Shows the segment that the client is part of.
  • Access Group
Shows which Access Groups can view each client.
  • LMX
Displays whether a Lifecycle Manager X license is applied to each client.
  • Account team
Shows the account teams assigned to each client.
  • Starred
Displays whether each client has been favorited for quick access.

Configuring a client

Click a client's name in the table to open its details drawer.

Header

The client's name appears at the top of the drawer, next to a star icon you can click to favorite the client. An external link icon also appears here, which opens the client's home page when clicked.

Client Settings

This section contains the client's details. Click any field to edit it:

  • Website
    The client's public-facing website

  • Segment
The segment this client belongs to.

  • Access Group
The Access Group that can view this client.

  • Vertical
The industry the client belongs to, such as Healthcare, Legal, or Manufacturing.

Time & Region

By default, this section uses the account-wide settings from General settings. A Client Overrides toggle lets you edit these settings for this client specifically, instead of inheriting the settings configured in General settings:

  • Currency
The local currency this client uses.
  • Date Format
The preferred date format for this client
  • Fiscal Year
The month this client's fiscal year begins in.

License

Shows whether a Lifecycle Manager X license is applied to the client.

Account team

Shows the members of the account team assigned to this client.

Click + Add to add a team member, or click the trash can icon to remove a team member from the client's account team.

Bulk editing clients

Select the checkbox next to one or more clients to open the Bulk options bar at the bottom of the screen. The bar shows how many clients you've selected, along with options to edit them all at once:

  • Edit Segment: Assign the selected clients to a segment.
  • Edit Access Group: Assign the selected clients to an Access Group.
  • Edit Account team: Assign account team members to the selected clients.
  • Edit Fiscal year: Set the fiscal year start month for the selected clients.
  • Assign LMX license: Appears when your selection includes clients without a Lifecycle Manager X license applied.
  • Remove LMX license: Appears when your selection includes clients with a Lifecycle Manager X license applied.
