You can export hardware asset data from the Hardware Console for reporting or for sharing outside Lifecycle Manager, as a spreadsheet or a report. The steps are the same whether you're exporting data for your entire portfolio or for a single client.

Exporting the Hardware Console
- In the left navigation panel, under Manage, click Hardware.
- When viewing All clients this opens the Hardware Console for your entire portfolio.
- When a specific client is selected, this opens the Hardware console for that client only.
- Optional: To control what a Current view export includes, apply filters using the Filter button, or add/remove columns using the Display button.
- Click Export.
- Select an export option:

- Current view (CSV)
- Current view (XLSX)
- Default columns (CSV)
- Default columns (XLSX)

Report
- Hardware report (PDF)
- Legacy hardware report (XLSX)

Current view
Exports the assets and columns currently displayed, including any filters you've applied and any columns you've added of removed with Display. -
Default columns
Exports your hardware assets using the Hardware Console's default column set. -
CSV or XLSX
Choose the format that suits how you'll use the data. -
Hardware report (PDF)
Downloads a formatted PDF report for your hardware data. -
Legacy hardware report (XLSX)
Downloads an XLSX file using the Hardware Console's older, fixed column layout, ignoring your current filters and columns.
