About the Calendar (New UI)

The Calendar page brings your dated work together in one place. Alongside your meetings, it shows when tasks are due, when Agreements renew, and when Deliverables are scheduled to send, so you can see what is coming up across your clients at a glance. You can also create meetings, tasks, and Initiatives directly from a date on the calendar.

The new Lifecycle Manager UI is in Open Beta
You might notice occasional changes as we continue to refine this feature.

Who can use this feature?

  • All Lifecycle Manager users can view the Calendar. It only shows items you already have access to elsewhere in Lifecycle Manager.
  • Creating meetings requires Lifecycle Manager X enabled for a client.
  • Creating tasks requires the Lifecycle Manager Pro plan.

Accessing the Calendar

Click Calendar near the top of the left navigation panel, just below Home. The Calendar opens in Month view on the current month and shows items for all the clients you have access to.

To see the calendar for a single client, open that client and click Calendar in the client's left navigation panel. The client calendar works the same way, but only shows that client's items.

Views and navigation

Use the controls above the calendar to move around:

Calendar in Month view with meetings, tasks and the item legend

  • Week, Month, and Year
Switch between a week, month, or full-year view.
  • Arrows
Move back or forward one week, month, or year, depending on the view.
  • Period title
Click the title between the arrows (for example, the month name) to pick a different date, or a different year in Year view, and jump straight to it.
  • Today
Return to the current week, month, or year.

Weeks start on Sunday in every view. In Month and Year views, you can also click a day and select Go to the day's date to open that week in Week view.

What appears on the calendar

Each type of item has its own color, shown in the legend below the calendar:

  • Meetings
Scheduled client meetings, shown at their start time. Completed meetings appear in green.
  • Tasks due
Tasks on their due date. Completed tasks stay on the calendar, struck through with a check mark.
  • Agreement renewals
    Agreements on their renewal date.
  • Scheduled deliverables
Deliverables scheduled to send, shown at their scheduled send time.

Overdue tasks and Agreement renewals whose date has passed appear in a solid color, so they stand out from upcoming items. In Week view, tasks and Agreement renewals, which have a date but no time, appear in the 9:00 AM slot on their day.

Click any item on the calendar to open its details in a side panel without leaving the page.

Creating items from the calendar

You can create a meeting, task, or Initiative on a specific date directly from the calendar:

  1. In Month view, hover over a day and click the + icon that appears in the corner of the day. In Week view, click a time slot, or click the day in the all-day row at the top. In Year view, click a day.
  2. Under Create on the selected date, choose one of the following:
    • Meeting
Opens the New meeting form with the date filled in. If you clicked a time slot in Week view, the start time is filled in too, with a one-hour duration.
    • Task
Opens a new task with the selected date as its due date.
    • Initiative
Opens a new Initiative scheduled for the month that contains the selected date.
  3. Complete the details and save.

To create an item without picking a date first, click Add above the events list and choose Meeting, Task, or Initiative.

The options you see depend on your permissions. If an option isn't available on your plan, or for the selected client, it appears with a lock icon. Hover over it to see why.

Searching and filtering

The search field and filters below the calendar narrow both the calendar and the events list:

  • Search the calendar
Find items by title or client name.
  • Filter
    Narrow what you see by:
    • Client: Show items for one or more clients. This filter is only available on the main Calendar page, not on a client's calendar.
    • Type: Choose which types of items to show: Meetings, Tasks due, Agreement renewals, or Scheduled deliverables. The legend updates to match.
    • Owner: Show items owned by specific team members. For meetings, this is the meeting owner; for tasks, the assignees; and for scheduled deliverables, the person who created the schedule. Agreement renewals don't have an owner, so they stay visible when you filter by owner.
    • Meeting type: Show only meetings of specific types. This filter only applies to meetings, so it's removed if you use Type to hide meetings.

Applied filters appear below the toolbar. Remove a single filter from there, or click Clear All to remove them all.

Events list

Below the calendar, a list shows everything in the period you're viewing, in date order. Its heading follows the calendar, for example Events this month for the current month or Events in October 2026 for another month.

Events list below the calendar with search and filter

The list includes these columns:

  • Title
  • Type
  • Client
  • Owner
  • Date

Completed meetings and tasks appear struck through with a check mark. Click any row to open the same details panel you'd see by clicking the item on the calendar.
