What you'll need:
• An active IT Glue Integration.

Sync data

This section defines what data is included in the sync and which IT Glue fields Lifecycle Manager can write to.

Two-Way Sync allows Lifecycle Manager to write Purchase date and Warranty expiration date values retrieved through warranty lookups back to IT Glue.

  • Select Sync assets without serial numbers to sync configurations even if they don't have serial numbers.
