Integrating with Breach Secure Now

This article provides instructions for integrating Breach Secure Now with Lifecycle Manager.

Note: As you connect integrations, review which clients will sync into the platform.
Imported clients count toward your purchased account limit, and many integrations may sync all clients by default.
We will notify you when you are close to exceeding your client limit.
 

What you'll need:

  • A ScalePad Hub account with Manage Sync Settings permission.
  • A partner with administrative privileges in Breach Secure Now.
 

What you'll need:

  • Administrator privileges in Breach Secure Now.
 

 

Step 1: Obtaining your Partner Identification Key

  1. Sign in to Breach Secure Now as an administrator
  2. Select the Partner Profile menu item rom the left navigation panel
  3. Click the Integrations menu item.

     
  4. Then click the Setup button.

     
  5. Enable the integration, revealing the Integration Key.

     
  6. Once the key is generated, take note of the Integration key and click Copy.

In case you forget your Integration credentials, simply return to the page and copy the relevant Integration key.

Step 2: Add Breach Secure Now to your ScalePad Integrations

  1. Log into ScalePad at app.scalepad.com
     
  2. From the top navigation bar of the ScalePad Hub, click Integrations.
     
  3. Click the blue + icon () to add a new integration.
     
  4. Use the search bar to find Breach Secure Now and click its tile.
     
  5. Enter your Partner Integration Key into the Breach Secure Now add integration page.
     
  6. Click Connect now.

Step 3: Setting your sync preferences

Select the Breach Secure now Company status types assigned to clients that you want included in your sync. Any clients with an account type that doesn't match your selection here won't be synced into Lifecycle Manager.

Lifecycle Manager matches Breach Secure Now data based on the spelling of the client name in Lifecycle Manager vs Breach Secure Now.

When using this integration, the data will show up in a Deliverables Report.

The report can display:

  • Employee Secure Score (ESS)
  • Phishing Fail Rate (PFR)
  • Dark Web Breaches
  • Active Users
  • Security Training Overview
  • Phishing Campaign Overview
  • Dark Web Monitoring Risk
  • Individual users with ESS, PFR, etc breakdowns
