This article explains options for importing contracts from Autotask PSA and ConnectWise Manage into Lifecycle Manager.
Supported Contract Types
Lifecycle Manager supports the following contract types for direct import from both Autotask PSA and ConnectWise Manage:
- Recurring Services Contracts
- Fixed Cost / Milestone-Based Contracts
Designating contracts to import
You can choose which contracts and even individual additions within those contracts, to be brought into Lifecycle Manager. To select a contract for import:
- Go to the Agreements section of each client.
- Click the Sync from PSA button.
- Select the contract or services you want to import.
Syncing Contracts
Once contracts are flagged for import, Lifecycle Manager will:
- Perform a regular sync to ensure pricing and other contract details remain current.
- Allow on-demand syncs whenever you need the most up-to-date information.
