About the Global Roadmap page

The Global Roadmap page in Lifecycle Manager gives you a centralized view of Initiatives scheduled across all clients, so that they can be viewed in one location.

To access the page, hover over Global in the top navigation bar and click Roadmap.

Filtering the list

To narrow the list, use the filters at the top of the Global Roadmap page.

  1. Year
    Select a calendar year to display Initiatives scheduled within that year.
  2. Show not scheduled
    Enable to include Initiatives that have not been scheduled yet.
  3. Spreadsheet
    Download a CSV or Excel spreadsheet containing filtered data from the roadmap.
  4. Clients
    Click to open a searchable modal. Check the boxes beside each client to include their Initiatives in the list.
  5. Account team
    Filter by account team member. Returns Initiatives for clients that have the selected member assigned to their account team.
  6. Target quarter
    Filter Initiatives by their assigned target quarter.
  7. Status
    Filter by Initiative status.
  8. Priority
    Filter Initiatives by priority level.
  9. Segment
    Filter by client segment.
  10. POC
    Filter by the Point of contact assigned to the Initiative.
  11. Tags
    Filter by tag.

Reviewing the Initiative list

The top of the list displays the selected year and the number of Initiatives currently shown.

Each Initiative is listed with the following columns:

  • Client
    The client associated with the Initiative. Clicking the client name brings you directly to their client dashboard.
  • Initiative
    The name of the Initiative. Clicking this will open the Initiative so it can be edited.
  • Goals
    Any goals that the Initiative is associated with.
  • Scheduled
    The quarter the Initiative is scheduled for within the selected year. Click the dropdown to adjust the quarter.
  • POC
    The internal point of contact assigned to the Initiative.
  • Status
    The Initiative's current status. Click the dropdown to change the status of the Initiative.
  • Priority
    The assigned priority level. Click the dropdown to raise or lower the Initiative's priority.
  • One-time fees
    Any one-time costs tied to the Initiative.
  • Recurring fees
    Any ongoing costs tied to the Initiative.
  • Tags
    Any tags applied to the Initiative
  • PSA ticket
    A link to the associated PSA ticket, if available.
  • PSA Opportunity
    A link to the PSA Opportunity, if one is associated with the Initiative.
  • Quoter Quote
    A link to a Quoter quote, if one is associated with the Initiative.
