With a Lifecycle Manager Pro subscription, you can purchase licenses for Lifecycle Manager X. These licenses can be applied to any of your clients to unlock X features.

Who can use this feature? • Users with Admin permissions in Lifecycle Manager • Users with Manage Billing permissions in ScalePad Hub (For purchasing Licenses) |
Purchasing Lifecycle Manager X licenses
Lifecycle Manager allows you one free Pro/X client. To apply these features to more than one client, you can purchase licenses in packs of 5 through your billing page:
- Click Manage Plan.
- In the Lifecycle Manager Subscription panel, click Manage your plan.
- Choose the total number of clients you wish to enable Lifecycle Manager X for.
For example, if you already have 5 Lifecycle Manager X licenses and want to purchase 5 more, choose 10 total licenses.
- Click Proceed to subscription Summary.
- Confirm that the Billing Address, Payment method, and Subscription details are correct and click Pay now.
| Note: Buying Lifecycle Manager X licenses removes access to your one free LMX client. To retain its X data, assign a purchased license to that client using the steps below. |
Enabling Lifecycle Manager X for clients
To apply Lifecycle Manager X to a client:
- Hover over Settings.

Disabling Lifecycle Manager X features for a client
X features can be disabled to free up a license for use on another client.
| Note: Deactivating Lifecycle Manager X from a client will permanently delete their X data. You will not be able to retrieve past data, even if you re-enable Lifecycle Manager X for that same client in the future. |
- Hover over Settings.

- Find the client you wish to remove Lifecycle Manager X for and click the dropdown in the Lifecycle Manager X Status column.
- Change the status to Inactive and confirm the change.
Lifecycle Manager X features will immediately be disabled for this client, and you can use the license for a different client.
