Deliverables are designed to be presented live, shared with clients via secure link, or exported as a PDF. This article explains how to publish a Deliverable and then present, share and download it.

What you'll need:
|
Accessing Deliverables
- From the top navigation bar, hover over Home and click Clients.
- Click the name of the client whose Deliverable you want to present or share.
- In the left navigation menu, click Deliverables.
- Click the Deliverable title to open it.
The Deliverable opens in the editor, showing the current draft or published content.
Understanding draft and published states
Deliverables have two states, so you can control when they are shared and when they can be edited:
-
Draft
- Intended for internal editing and review.
- Sections and configuration can be edited.
- Exporting and sharing are disabled until the Deliverable is published.
-
Published
- Intended for client-facing use.
- Can be presented live, shared via a secure link, and downloaded as a PDF.
- Editing is disabled unless reverted to draft state.
Publishing moves the Deliverable from draft to a client-ready, shareable state.
Publishing a Deliverable
Deliverables must be published before they are shared with clients.
- Open the Deliverable in the editor.
- Review the sections listed in the Deliverable page and ensure the required content is complete and correct.
- Click Publish at the top of the screen.
If the Publish button is disabled:
- One or more sections may be incomplete or contain unsaved changes.
- Open each section or review the section list in the settings page to check for warnings or missing content.
- Save any pending changes and try publishing again.
After publishing, the Deliverable is ready to be presented, shared or downloaded.
If further edits are needed later, revert the Deliverable to Draft using the state controls in the Deliverable header, make the required changes, and publish again when it’s ready for clients.
Presenting a Deliverable
Use Present to show a published Deliverable live during meetings.
- Open the Deliverable.
- Confirm that the Deliverable is published. If it’s still in draft mode, publish it first.
- Click Present at the top of the screen.
A new browser tab opens in presentation mode, showing:
- A clean, client-facing view of the Deliverable.
- Navigation between sections along the top of the screen.
Move between sections during the presentation by clicking the section tabs at the top of the screen.
Sharing a Deliverable via secure link
Published Deliverables can be shared with clients via a secure link. Follow these steps to generate a link and password.
- Open the Deliverable.
- Click Share in the upper right of the screen and select Share Link.
- Click Generate link & password.
- Copy the URL and password from the modal and provide them to your client.
| Note: The password is only displayed once. If it’s lost, regenerate the credentials by clicking Regenerate Link & Password. |
Shared URLs and passwords expire after 7 days. After that, new credentials can be generated for the client if continued access is needed.
To revoke access before the link expires, click Revoke access in the Deliverables sharing modal.
Downloading a Deliverable as a PDF
Published Deliverables can be downloaded as PDFs for clients who prefer this format, or for record-keeping.
- Open the Deliverable.
- Click Share in the upper right corner of the screen and click Download PDF.
A PDF is generated based on the current section configuration and downloaded immediately to your browser’s default save location.
Adding a Deliverable to a meeting
Linking Deliverables to meetings keeps meeting materials and notes in one place. Both draft and published Deliverables can be associated with meetings.
- Open the Deliverable.
- At the top of the screen, click Add Meeting.
- Click the names of the meetings you want to associate this Deliverable with.
- Click Save.
Deliverables appear in the Deliverables section of the meeting it is associated with.
To link the Deliverable to additional meetings later, click the meeting item at the top of the screen again and select Add Meeting.
To remove a meeting association, click the meeting item and then click the minus (–) icon beside the meeting that should no longer include the Deliverable.
