The Breach Secure Now (BSN) Deliverable report is a client-facing security awareness summary you can include in a Deliverable. It pulls live data from your connected Breach Secure Now account and shows Employee Secure Scores, phishing simulation results, training completion, dark web monitoring, and per-user security metrics in a single view you can share with the client.

The Breach Secure Now report has no configuration options. Data is fetched live from Breach Secure Now every time the Deliverable is opened or exported.

Understanding the report sections

Security Summary cards

Four headline metrics appear at the top of the report. Each is color-coded by status:

• Employee Secure Score (ESS)
  Company-wide average on a 0 to 800 scale. 630 or higher is Good (green), 500 to 629 is Fair (orange), below 500 is Poor (red).
• Phishing Fail Rate (PFR)
  Percentage of failed phishing simulations. 5% or lower is Good (green), 5.01 to 15% is Fair (orange), above 15% is Poor (red).
• Dark Web Breaches
  Total breaches affecting the organization. 0 is Good (green), 1 to 5 is Fair (orange), more than 5 is Poor (red).
• Active Users
  Percentage of users actively engaging with the platform. Informational only (always blue).

Security Training overview

A panel of progress bars showing training engagement:

• Average Security Training Score
  Average score achieved across all mandatory security training courses completed by users.
• Average Micro Training Score
  Average score from short micro-training modules delivered periodically to reinforce security concepts.
• Micro Training Completion
  Percentage of assigned micro-training modules that have been completed by users.
• Security Courses Completed
  Percentage of mandatory security training courses that have been completed by all users.
• Additional Courses (only appears if your Breach Secure Now product supports additional courses)
  Percentage of optional or supplementary security courses completed beyond mandatory requirements. 

Phishing Campaign overview

A summary of phishing simulation results:

• Total phishing emails sent
  Total number of simulated phishing emails sent to all active users during this period.
• Response Distribution
  A donut chart showing the response distribution (Reported vs. Clicked vs. Ignored).
• Phishing data captured count
  Number of users who submitted credentials or sensitive data on simulated phishing sites.
• Enrolled in recurring campaigns
  Percentage of users enrolled in automated recurring phishing simulation campaigns.

Dark Web Monitoring

A risk level badge (Low, Medium, or High) and four statistics:

• Total Breaches
  Total number of data breaches discovered on the dark web affecting your organization.
• Employees Breached
  Number of unique employees whose credentials or data were found in dark web breaches.
• Current Employee Breaches
  Number of active employees currently affected by dark web breaches requiring action.
• Remediated
  Number of identified breaches that have been successfully resolved and secured.

Users table

A filterable table with one row per user. 

The list can be filtered by:

• Search by name or email
• Role
• Status

Columns include: 

• Name, Email, & Role
• ESS
  Employee Secure Score.
• PFR
  Phishing Fail Rate.
• MT%
  Micro training completion percentage.
• Phish
  Phishing attempts caught by user.
• DW
  Dark Web Breaches
