The IT Glue Deliverable report is a client-facing documentation health summary you can include in a Deliverable. It pulls data from your connected IT Glue account and shows assets, passwords, SSL certificates, flexible assets, site summaries, and domains in a single view you can share with the client.

Understanding the report sections
For each documentation type, the report shows a total count, a status, and details where applicable.
Assets
The Assets row shows the total number of configurations in IT Glue and their warranty status.

Total number of asset configurations. -
Expiring Warranties
Assets with warranties expiring within the 90-day threshold. Shown in orange. -
Expired Warranties
Assets with warranties that have already expired. Shown in red.
The Details column shows asset counts grouped by configuration type (for example, Workstation, Server, Network Device).
Passwords
The Passwords row shows the total number of active passwords stored in IT Glue.

Total number of active passwords. Archived passwords are excluded.
SSL certificates
The SSL certificates row shows the total number of SSL certificates in IT Glue and flags any that have expired.

Expired Certificates
Certificates whose expiry date has passed. Shown in red.
The Details column lists each certificate with its expiry date and hostname.
Flexible assets
The Flexible assets row shows the total number of active records across your custom documentation templates in IT Glue, such as network configurations, backup setups, or Active Directory details.

Site summary
The Site summary row shows the total number of site summary records in IT Glue.
