Assessment reports in Lifecycle Manager are used to present the results of an assessment to your client. Depending on how much detail you want to share, you can download different types of reports. This article explains how to download a report and the differences between each report type.

The new Lifecycle Manager UI is in Open Beta
You might notice occasional changes as we continue to refine this feature.

Who can use this feature?

  • Partners with Lifecycle Manager X features enabled for a client.

Downloading an assessment report

  1. Open the client's Assessments page.
  2. Click the name of the completed assessment you want to generate a report for. This opens the results page.
  3. Click Share in the page header.
  4. Under Download report, choose the type of report:
    • Full Assessment Report
    • Comparison Report
Select a Comparison Assessment to compare with this one
    • Summary Report
    • Item Detail Report

You can also add an assessment to a deliverable directly from here, by clicking Add to Deliverable.

Report types explained

Full Assessment Report

Includes all assessment items and their selected responses. Downloads immediately when you select it — there's nothing to configure first.

Comparison Report

Compares the results of the current assessment with a previous assessment that used the same template. Selecting this report opens a Pick a Comparison Assessment window listing earlier completed assessments that used the same template. Choose one to start the download.

Summary Report

Shows the overall score and the score for each category. This report doesn't include individual assessment items or comments, making it a high-level summary. Like the Full Assessment Report, it downloads immediately with nothing to configure first.

Item Detail Report

Shows assessment items filtered by the response types you choose. Use this report to focus on specific findings, for example, to share only At Risk and Needs Attention items with a client.

Selecting this report opens a configuration panel:

  1. Under Which Scores do you want to include?, check or clear each response type you want in the report: Acceptable Risk, At Risk, Needs Attention, Satisfactory, Unknown, and Not Applicable. All are checked by default.

  2. Under Other details to include, turn each toggle on or off:
    • Linked Initiatives
Shows the initiatives linked to each assessment item. On by default.
    • Include public comments
Shows client-facing comments in the output PDF. On by default.
    • Include private comments
Shows internal comments in the output PDF. Off by default.
    • Show Tags
Shows the tags assigned to each assessment item. Off by default.

  3. Click Download.

Adding an assessment to a Deliverable

From the same Share menu, click Add to Deliverable to include this assessment's results in a client-facing Deliverable. For details on Deliverables, see About Deliverables (New UI).
